Data manipulation
During my professional experiences, I have had the opportunity to deal with various types of tasks related to data handling. From empirical and systematic data collection to automated processing. I have worked with different types of data: claims, demographics, customer metadata, sales, purchases, and many more. Using different methods, I am now capable of cleaning, correcting, and processing complex, extensive, and robust datasets to ensure their replicability and scalability within the organization."
Missing data, tables or columns?
-No problem, I have an alternative for that.
Different entry sources for data points?
-No need to worry, I know how to merge them all.
Unappropriate formatting and style?
-I'm here for you, cleaning is one of my specialties.
Large and mishandled database?
-I hear you, I will prepare the right schema for you.

Story telling
This is one of my favorites. I firmly believe that it is possible to convince any audience of any message, as long as it is delivered in the right way. I genuinely enjoy public speaking and presenting topics of interest to others, and that passion translates into interactive, organized, easy-to-digest, and straightforward dashboards, along with an innate ability to convey the right message, always maintaining an engaging and captivating way of saying whatever needs to be said, so that the thread of what needs to be communicated remains intact.
From an early age, I have participated in dozens of presentations for different types of audiences. From support staff to vice presidents and directors, I treat each one with the respect they deserve and adapt the presentation format to meet their specific expectations and needs.
Statistics knowledge
As an industrial engineer and data specialist, I have strong technical knowledge in statistics. From descriptive statistics such as measures of central tendency (mean, mode, and median), dispersion (standard deviation and variance), and shape (kurtosis and skewness), to inferential statistics like hypothesis testing (PCA testing, T-tests, ANOVA), and predictive statistics such as regression (linear, exponential, and polynomial).
However, the most important aspect is not just knowing how to calculate these values, but understanding what each result actually indicates. To me, statistics are not just random numbers calculated to see if a value is 'above or below' a threshold, each figure carries meaning and a story behind it, and I naturally grasp what statistics can offer in decision-making.
This has been the foundation of my professional career, and I continuously use it to evaluate the progress of tasks and processes being assessed.

Technical skillset
During my professional experience, I developed strong proficiency in Excel and the entire Microsoft Office suite. Advanced formulas, pivot tables, Power Pivot, Power Query, charts, VBA programming for macro creation, data transformations, you name it. I also have great skill in building dashboards in Power BI, including not only visualization customization but also managing relationships between different data sources.
Speaking of data sources, I also have extensive knowledge of SQL Server for running queries and maintaining and designing databases.
Thanks to my master’s degree, I have now developed tangible and practical knowledge in Python, working with various libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Scikit-Learn, XGBoost, NLTK, to name a few), gaining a strong understanding of Machine Learning techniques, both supervised and unsupervised learning, Reinforcement Learning, and Deep Learning. Additionally, I’ve added Tableau to my toolkit in case Power BI is not the primary visualization tool within your organization.
